Project Manager – SAP Business One
Metro Manila | Full Time
Primary responsible for the monitoring and controlling of project activities, conducting business process analysis, and ensuring resolution of all customer complaints/escalations relating to functional, development, and technical services rendered by the business units.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation projects and assign tasks to functional, technical, and development team members.
- Support agreed‑upon scope of work and provide task and time details.
- Monitor and control project activities.
- Ensure resolution of all customer complaints and/or escalations relating to functional, development, and technical services rendered by the business units.
- Assist with the documentation of project implementation plan, business blueprint, user manuals, and functional and technical specifications, in line with client requirements.
