Job Purpose

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic projects (product, process, or improvement‑related) focused on generating value and aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives within the established timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate project feasibility for implementation
• Directly manage new projects such as cost reduction initiatives, component relocation, insourcing or outsourcing activities, product or process changes, and small program launches
• Develop detailed plans to monitor and track project progress
