We are looking for a Project Manager with 4–6 years of experience to lead projects focused on improving member experience, retention, and service delivery within the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
+ Manage projects from planning through implementation.
+ Create project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
+ Work closely with business, IT, product, and leadership teams.
+ Use Jira to manage tasks, risks, and project progress.
+ Gather and document business requirements.
+ Facilitate meetings and provide regular status updates.
+ Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
+ Support Agile/Scrum delivery and change management efforts.
+ Analyze member experiences and recommend improvements.
Essential Skills
+ 4–6 years of project management experience, preferably in a mid-level capacity on the business side.
