The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and successfully delivering construction, heritage restoration, conservation, and renovation projects within approved budgets, schedules, quality standards, and contractual requirements. The role acts as the main point of coordination between clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure successful project delivery, eective risk management, and client satisfaction.
