Job Description
MRI Software is looking for a Project Manager in the Global Professional Services (GPS) department to manage multiple customer-facing engagements.
Working Hours
Hybrid: 3 days working from home per week, based in the Cape Town office. Working hours align with typical business schedules in North America and the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Successful delivery of multiple concurrent customer‑facing consulting and technology projects.
- Ensuring quality of delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Managing customer relationships and expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Providing clear and accurate management reporting and statistics, including accurate forecasting of imminent invoicing and future income.
- Working closely with sales teams and having a solid understanding of the sales process.
