Transition Project Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Transition Project Manager to lead the successful transition of a large-scale operational technology programme from project delivery into business-as-usual (BAU) service operations.
This is a critical role responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering all transition activities, ensuring operational readiness across service management, engineering, maintenance, logistics, support functions and customer operations.
Working with both project delivery and operational teams, you will ensure all contractual, technical and operational obligations are met before service acceptance. You will manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate transition plans, mitigate risks and ensure a seamless handover with minimal operational disruption.
