The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing project activities, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget. He/ she will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project scope, establish timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress.

Project Initiation

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables
