Project Manager - Product Launch

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product launch projects across multiple business functions.
• Establish project governance and ensure alignment with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across cross‑functional teams, including Brand, Retail, Finance, Operations, GBS, Legal, Commercial, and HR.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and drive mitigation plans.
• Manage project scope, dependencies, and action items to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare executive status reports, dashboards, and Steering Committee updates.
• Support business readiness for go‑live and ensure a smooth transition to BAU, including documentation and handover.
• Foster collaboration across international teams while driving accountability and project excellence.
