Acquire Asia Pacific Philippines Inc. (Acquire BPO) is offering a Project Manager role for a 6‑9 month AI feature development project under the RingCentral account. The role focuses on overseeing a small team of live receptionist agents handling calls from an AI receptionist feature, ensuring both model improvement and exceptional customer service.

Core Responsibilities

• Attendance & Activity Real Time Monitoring – ensure agents are on time and completing assigned tasks.
• Co‑Piloting – partner with project leads on goals and KPIs of the pilot.
• Agile Partnership – collaborate with a local Learning and Development lead responsible for agent enablement.
• Cross‑Functional Synergy – work with Sales Operations leads who spearhead metrics analysis.
• Flexibility – perform other duties as assigned upon completion of the AIR Live pilot.
