Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Mining, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Minimum of 7 years' Project Management experience within the mining industry. Proven experience working within a PMO environment. Demonstrated experience managing capital projects, mining infrastructure projects, or operational improvement initiatives. Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning. Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and contractors.
