+ Customer centricity: an understanding of the importance of maintaining a professional relationship with all customers, keeping recurring opportunities from clients in mind.
+ An appreciation of the importance of clear communication, through strong and timely paper, empathy, and thinking ahead
+ Strong leadership qualities, including timely decision making the ability to create and maintain a project schedule
+ An understanding of project buyout and a commitment to the effort needed to maximize it,
+ The ability and willingness to assume responsibility for completing projects within or under their established budgets; and the ability to travel to projects within and outside the state of Arizona.
