What You’ll Do
Establish a clear vision and long-term roadmap aligned with company goals and Peru’s financial inclusion objectives.
Identify market opportunities and create strategies to address them – from Open Finance Pix flows to one-tap payments.
Make data-driven decisions while balancing customer needs and business objectives.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build and launch products.
Reduce time-to-market for merchants and banks by delivering a solid, locally-flavored product suite.
Own the product's resilience – because in payments, downtime is not an option.
