**PURPOSE:**
Plans, organizes, and manages small to mid-scale projects for successful delivery of objectives, on time and within budget. Initiates, engages, and motivates cross-functional teams to deliver results. Identifies and mitigates risk and escalates as needed. Tracks progress and drives documentation to support project needs. Ensures end to end leadership for implementations, integration, business readiness and communications.
The position resides within the Process & Support Department. This team is responsible for supporting the federal employee health benefit program organization and their clients with navigation change, providing on-going communications, training and process update support. This position will support a variety of special projects, monthly communications deliverables, customized training events and organization initiatives.
