Job Description
- Defence Sector Projects based at Singleton Army Base, Williamtown RAAF Base and multiple other sites.
- Projects ranging from $2-$7 million
- Oversee the management of a multi-disciplined team
THE ROLE
- Overall management of construction, refurbishment & remediation projects from initial setup through to completion
- Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements
- Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of the project
- Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors
- Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
- Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues
- Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program
- Involvement with tendering/estimation
- Raise RFI’s and track responses
