PROJECT MANAGER DRINKING WATER/WASTEWATER SERVICE LINE POSITION SUMMARY Spicer Group is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Project Manager who is a licensed Professional Engineer to join our Drinking Water/Wastewater Service Line. This position manages small- to medium-sized municipal projects, including drinking water treatment and wastewater treatment projects, and more. At Spicer Group, Project Managers are responsible for preparation of proposals, budgeting, scheduling, directing team members, prioritizing projects, and communicating within the team to deliver quality work to our clients on time and on budget.
