Project Manager New Build ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional)
Location: Vaughan
Compensation: $120,000 $150,000 base salary + bonus + comprehensive benefits (Compensation may vary based on experience and project scale)
Position Overview
Our client is a reputable and well-established General Contractor specializing in ground-up Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) construction projects across Southern Ontario.
Due to a strong and growing pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion.
This role is well-suited to a Project Manager with proven new build ICI experience who is looking to take ownership of complex projects within a stable and professionally run organization.
