Typical Day

• Preparing project costs, estimates, bill of materials, and work orders.
• Establishing schedules and critical path or project plan.
• Managing project changes.
• Ensuring production complies with project deadlines and budget.
• Providing solutions to issues.
• Identifying appropriate resources needed.
• Working in partnership with Sales and Client Services to ensure that the project needs and requirements of the client are determined and executed.
• Delivering great service to our clients.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Industry experience in trade show or special event displays.
• Technical knowledge of fabrication, millwork, and interior building materials.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with all internal departments.
• Resourceful and solution‑focused.
