About the Role
Waterland Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager (M&E) to lead mechanical and electrical projects from pre-construction planning through project completion. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, tender support, engineering coordination, project execution, and successful delivery while ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and compliance with Singapore regulations. Pre-Construction / Tender Support
- Review tender drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Identify design discrepancies, technical issues, and potential risks, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and the tender team to resolve them.
- Review quantity take-offs and material requirements for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide technical input and value engineering proposals to support cost-effective project execution.
