The campus brings together all business functions under one roof, including RDE, manufacturing, warehousing, sales and service, and product marketing. **What you’ll do:**
This Manufacturing plant based role has end‑to‑end responsibility for CAPEX investments, test and power infrastructure, safety programs, and factory development initiatives, working closely with engineering, operations, EHS, SCM, IT, and external suppliers.
This position combines technical depth, investment project leadership, and cross-functional coordination in a production environment.
