Project Execution
• Managing project scope, cost, schedule, and quality while ensuring strict adherence to
stakeholder expectations.
Team Leadership
• Driving and guiding the daily work of technical staff, allocating resources, and conducting kickoff
meetings.
Risk Management
• Assessing, mitigating, and communicating project risks or issues as they arise.
