- +5 years of experience in Project Management (preferably in Management Consulting);
- Knowledge of Target Operating Model and Operational Efficiency initiatives;
- Experience in the banking/financial sector;
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills;
- High level of autonomy, decision-making ability, and attention to detail.
