Pay rate: $71-88

Qualifications / Skills / Experience
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a learning or adult training workplace
- Prior L&D experience in performance consulting, design, development, facilitation, and/or learning technologies is beneficial
- Thorough understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies
- P MP, Agile and/or Scrum certification
- Practical knowledge in adult learning principles for various delivery methods
- Proven track record of delivering results and commitment to operational and service excellence
- Strong client focus with ability to listen and quickly learn about various clients and become a trusted advisor on delivery learning solutions successfully
