Job Summary Lead and manage construction projects to ensure timely delivery within budget while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive smooth execution and compliance with contractual obligations. Responsibilities Develop and implement project plans to achieve contract timelines and budget targets. Coordinate and actively participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and relevant parties to facilitate seamless project execution. Manage weekly site meetings with site teams, sub-contractors, and suppliers to monitor progress and ensure completion of contracted tasks. Oversee site team documentation processes by tracking and submitting Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Approval (RFA), and Shop Drawings promptly with the project team.
