Lead day-to-day site execution from finishing stage through project completion. Plan, monitor and control project timelines and execution schedules. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and vendors. Supervise luxury interior finishing, façade works and MEP coordination. Ensure execution strictly follows approved drawings and specifications. Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and quality. Review contractor bills, work progress and material reconciliation. Manage procurement planning and site resource allocation. Identify project risks and implement corrective measures. Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements. Resolve technical issues and maintain seamless coordination between all stakeholders.
