- 6+ years product management experience
- 4+ years delivering in a cross-functional, multi-squad product model
- 2+ years people management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable creative and critical thinking
- The capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative, and effective problem-solving
