Role Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of interior and furniture projects. This includes residential, commercial, and bespoke furniture fit-outs, ensuring that timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Coordination Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and site teams. 2. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular client meetings and updates to manage expectations and gain approvals. Address client concerns promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. 3.
