Project Manager | Hands on | Field Service (Pumps)

About the Role: We're looking for a Project Manager to lead a field service crew working on pump installation and repair across Central Coast water treatment sites. This is not a desk-based PM role — you'll be the company's rep on site, running the job day-to-day and working hands-on alongside the crew. If you're after a suit-and-laptop project management gig, this isn't it. If you want to lead from the front and still get stuck in, it is.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and coordinating a 3-man field service crew (fitter, electrician and yourself) on-site, day to day
  
• Getting hands-on with installation, fault-finding and repair of pumps, motors and associated equipment
  
• Acting as the company's on-site representative, liaising directly with the client's site supervisors and engineers
