Key Responsibilities
- Planning, cost, and risk management throughout the entire project lifecycle: from design concept through to project completion.
- Coordination of design and engineering teams and the client’s direct teams/suppliers.
- Preparation of minutes, reports, and documentation to inform the client of the project's status and decisions to be made.
- Solicitation of bids from contractors and, in some cases, technical teams.
- Technical consulting during the pre-project phase (space leasing).
- Compliance with Quality and Environmental policies.
