Job Description
At TT Electronics, Fairford, we're hiring for an experienced and commercially aware NPI Project Manager to lead the successful introduction of new products into manufacturing.
The successful candidate will take ownership of New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards. You'll play a critical role in balancing customer expectations with operational capability while supporting business growth and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end NPI projects from quotation / order through to production ramp‑up and operational handover.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, risk registers, and reporting structures.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, quality, and delivery expectations.
