Job Description
Job Scope
- Coordinate and consolidate internal and external stakeholders requirements to develop design solutions for various projects.
- Research and develop design and other solutions based on stakeholder requirements.
- Assist in design presentations, including 3Dmodelling, drawings, diagrams, visualisations.
- Prepare tender documents including drawings, technical details, specifications and vendor briefs.
- Coordinate/ Manage vendors, suppliers throughout the process and assist in contract administration.
- Apply knowledge of local building codes and requirements to ensure quality and compliant delivery of projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
- Project Manager will report to the Assistant Director of Exhibitions and Project Management.
