Project Manager / Engineering Manager (12-Month Contract)

Full-time Business Engineering & Management

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Project Management and/or Engineering Management roles.
• Strong EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) background.
• Proven experience managing large-scale engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel between sites (Irene, Centurion, Sandton).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple project streams simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project governance, engineering standards, and delivery frameworks.
