Your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Leading, managing, and developing your assigned project team.
• Planning and leading the execution of assigned projects through all phases of the project lifecycle from start‑up to project closure.
• Leading the engineering phase to align customer functional requirements and expectations with your engineering team and managing the integration of sub‑systems both within our product line as well as across other Wärtsilä product lines.
