The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of aluminum railings and other miscellaneous metal products, specializing in the low, medium, and high‑rise residential construction sector with clients across Alberta. The successful candidate will own each project from contract award through final close‑out, coordinating between estimating, drafting, fabrication, shipping, and field installation while interfacing daily with general contractors, consulting engineers of record (EORs), architects, municipal building officials/inspectors, and site personnel. This role requires strong technical command of residential construction and miscellaneous metals, disciplined contract and change management, fluency in the Alberta Building Code (ABC) and applicable CSA standards, and the ability to keep shop drawings, mill orders, and installation sequences moving in lockstep with the site schedule.
