Job Description
The Role
This position is responsible for providing overall direction of assigned projects and ensuring overall project performance, including costs, schedule, and quality assurance. It involves subcontract negotiations, liaison with owners, engineers, and sub‑trades, and management of the technical and financial aspects of the contract. The Project Manager will be the front‑line CANA contact with consultants and the owner, promoting and projecting the CANA image of efficiency, quality, technical competence, and fair management of trades and suppliers.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architectural Technology (equivalences considered).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in the construction industry as a Project Manager with increasing responsibility in size and scope of projects.
