Project Manager - Data Centre (Johore)

We're working with a fast-growing data centre developer with an active pipeline across Southeast Asia on a PMO Manager (Program & Project Management Office) hire based in Johore. This is a site-based role where you'll be the operational backbone of project governance across construction and delivery, managing interdependencies, tracking performance and keeping multiple workstreams aligned to strategic goals.

What you'll be doin g

• Overseeing PMO execution across a portfolio of DC construction projects
• Establishing and maintaining project management standards, methodologies, and tools
• Monitoring project progress and preparing weekly PMO reports for senior stakeholders
• Identifying and mitigating risks at programme level
• Coordinating across design, construction, and MEP/CSA teams to keep delivery on track
• Supporting site due diligence, land acquisitions, and RFP responses
