Job Description
We are seeking a **Program Management (PM) Coordinator** to support our Program Management team in coordinating customer programs and manufacturing projects from initial launch through production and delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in project coordination within a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Carlsbad, CA.
**Schedule:** 7am or 8am start time, Monday-Friday
**Responsibilities**
+ Support customer programs throughout the project lifecycle, from launch to production and delivery.
+ Assist Program Managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones to ensure on-time execution.
+ Maintain project schedules, documentation, and status reports while monitoring deliverables and timelines.
