Boulder Community Health is seeking a Construction Special Projects Manager. This position is responsible for managing and coordinating construction activities for hospital and medical building projects, acting as the primary liaison between the organization and construction companies. This person should gain knowledge of BCH building standards. The Special Projects Construction Manager ensures all facility requirements, Facility Guidelines Institute (FGI), building codes, and regulatory standards are met along with the contractor and architect. This person collaborates with the BCH Construction Project Steering Committee (CPSC) on all activities, risks, concerns, and decisions needed.
