This role will drive the retirement of a legacy land ID generation system and oversee migration to the Land Services Database platform while ensuring operational continuity, data integrity, and improved business performance.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized project leader with strong stakeholder management, system migration, and process improvement experience who can effectively navigate complex cross-functional environments and drive alignment across teams.
