Job Description
- Working directly with the line crews on a daily basis, he/she also acts as the technical trainer for line teams and provides coaching in phenomena identification, root cause analysis and the establishment of countermeasures.
- Work with the factory team on layout principles, automation, business case proposals and future innovations to be included in the site deliverables.
- Facilitate and work with Factory operations team to review current operational requirements/opportunity for improvement as an input to improve safety, quality and productivity.
- Propose solution and improvement in case of design conflict and challenges, lead in Design review and propose solution on issues raised.
