Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple building construction projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Oversee site activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with construction regulations, health and safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project progress meetings.
- Monitor project costs and manage budget expenditure.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and clients.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Resolve site-related challenges and ensure minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Manage contract administration and project documentation.
- Ensure successful project handover and close-out procedures.
