Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Owner’s Representative / Project Coordinator to serve as the on-site liaison between the owner/client, the General Contractor, construction management teams, and equipment integrators. This role is critical to ensuring construction and installation activities are executed safely, on schedule, and in alignment with project scope and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the on-site representative and primary point of contact across all project stakeholders
  • Monitor and oversee General Contractor activities to ensure alignment with project scope, schedule, and quality standards
  • Manage and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring timely resolution of technical questions
