Job Summary
The IT Project Manager leads complex technology transitions across IT infrastructure, service desk, and end-user computing environments. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in IT operations and a track record of delivering large-scale migration and transformation projects on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption to the business.
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Management
- Lead and manage full project lifecycle across IT migration and transition initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify, track, and report project risks and issues, with clear mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with IT teams, business stakeholders, end users, and third-party vendors.
