Applicants must have the following requirements: Must have a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Engineering. Must have at least 3 years of experience in project coordination or management. Must have exposure to engineering, aerospace, or technical environments. Must have a technical understanding with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Must have commercial awareness and costing knowledge. Must be deadline-driven and accurate, accountable, assertive, and meticulous. Must have good management and client negotiation skills.
