Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full construction site development process from pre-construction to project turnover.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and LGUs to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
- Supervise on-site activities and conduct regular inspections to maintain quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, cost estimates, and progress reports.
- Monitor contractor performance, resolve site issues, and enforce contractual obligations to keep the project on track.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage!
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as Project Manager
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with local government regulations and environmental standards
