Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager (Property Development)

Assist the Project Director in overall project management functions from the Design Development Stage through Project Implementation, including the Defects Liability Period (DLP).

Act as the primary liaison between consultants and relevant authorities, coordinating approvals and resolving issues from the planning stage through project completion.

Monitor overall site progress, construction activities, and project cash flow, and prepare monthly progress reports for management review and presentation.

Assist in project budgeting, cost control, and value engineering by evaluating alternative materials, construction methods, and cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining quality and project objectives.
