Purpose

Governed by the company’s policies, procedures, and guidelines established. The Project Manager’s main function is to ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget as well as preventing scope creep while managing individual tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities: The key performance indicators of a Project Manager are; Develop detailed project plans as per agreement with management ensuring timelines, scope, and budget remain as per agreement. Ensuring adequate allocation of company time and resources to meet the said project plan. Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensuring that all assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
