1. Core PMO / Project Skills
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring)
- Scheduling, tracking, and dependency management
- Risk and issue identification with follow-up discipline
- Experience with status reporting and dashboards
2. Tools & Data Skills
- Advanced Excel (must-have: pivots, lookups, dashboards)
- PowerPoint for leadership reporting
