Job Description
We are hiring a Project Coordinator to support a SaaS company for Business Consulting and Services, a consulting-driven organization managing a mix of internal and client-facing projects. This role is focused on coordination and execution, ensuring timelines stay on track, deliverables are visible, and projects move forward smoothly. You will work closely with consultants who own the projects, acting as the operational backbone that keeps everything organized and aligned. This is not a project ownership role, but a critical support function that ensures consistency, visibility, and follow-through across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support consultants in coordinating projects within Asana, including building tasks, timelines, and dependencies
- Maintain and update project plans to ensure accuracy and real-time visibility
- Track deliverables across multiple projects and proactively flag risks, blockers, or delays
