Job Description
SAP Project Operations Lead
- More than 6 years of experience in Project Operations, PMO, or Delivery Operations roles.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
- Design, maintain, and automate operational trackers using Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, dashboards).
- Experience working on tools ServiceNow, Jira. For reporting Experience with PowerBI and Excel.
- Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports covering:
- Ticket inflow vs. closure trends
- SLA adherence and breach analysis
- Resource utilization & productivity
- Escalation and aging analysis
- Use Excel to consolidate data from tools like ServiceNow/JIRA and present executive-ready MIS.
- Take ownership of Demand Fulfilment, Track Open Positions, Planning, Interview Panel Time Slot Management.
