Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of all processes, procedures and deliverables related to the project;
• Responsible for training and mentoring in Scrum methodologies and conducting all ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, sizing, etc.);
• Coordinate agile teams to deliver results on time and as defined in the backlog;
• Act as a facilitator for the team, helping to remove impediments;
• Serve as the client's primary point of contact on a day-to-day basis;
• Ensure that project control tools are up to date;
• Participate in technical meetings and release planning;
• Provide functional management of the team, including performance evaluation, feedback and career development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
